Tenancy Agreements
The Letting Centre publishes a range of different tenancy agreements:
- Assured Shorthold Agreement (AST) –agreement used for most standard lettings
- General Tenancy Agreement – generally used where AST does not apply
- Company Letting Agreement – used when tenant is a company
- Pre-printed agreements (mainly for use by private landlords)
- Professional Series agreements (for use by agents and commercial landlords)
