Already a Letlink member, or Letting Update subscriber?
Letting Update Journal (LUJ) Subscribers.
If you have a current subscription to the Letting Update Journal, then you will already be registered with Letlink.
Enter your username here. E.g. ‘Fred’ or ‘6428’. If you are a LUJ subscriber, use your customer no. as your username (your customer number is printed on the back of your Journal – see below). Enter your password here. E.g. ‘christmas’ or ‘EX83AG’. If you are a LUJ subsciber, your password will be pre-registered as your postcode (e.g. ‘EX83AG’), omitting the space in the middle. The password can be changed to a new password of your choice. Warning: passwords are case-sensitive. Postcode passwords should be entered in upper case (i.e. capital letters as in the example above). |

Problems Signing Into Letlink?
- Letting Update Journal (LUJ) Subscribers. If you or your firm subscribes to the Letting Update Journal, then you will have been automatically already registered with the Letlink site, which allows you special access to our subscibers’ areas. Your username will be printed on the back of your journal (see address label – top line)
Username: Use the customer ID number printed on the top line of your address label. If your customer number is less than four digits, then you will need to add one or more leading zeros. E.g. Customer ID= ‘24’, please enter ‘0024’

Password: Please enter your postcode (also on the address label) Eg. If your postcode is ‘EX8 3AG’, then simply enter the letters of your Postcode in uppercase, but omitting the space e.g. ‘EX83AG’ in the password box. - Username not recognised. If you are a LUJ subscriber, then please contact us and we can check your subscription records and supply you with the correct username that matches your subscription. If you are not an LUJ subscriber, then check your username again, or if this fails again, register a new Letlink username.
- Password is not recognised, or incorrect. You can ask Letlink to send you a password reminder. Click on the 'Forgot Login?' link on the left and we’ll send a new password to your registered email address.
