- Governing Law and Contract Formation and Company Details
Any contract between you and the Letting Centre will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom, and shall be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England.
No contract will exist between you and The Letting Centre for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until The Letting Centre accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time The Letting Centre sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail).

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time and we encourage you to revisit these Terms periodically to ensure that you are at all times fully aware of them. - Your Profile
If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.
Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. You can access and update much of the information you provided us with in the My Profile area of the website when you are logged in.
Letlink.co.uk reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion.
We aim to ship all items within three working days of receiving your order, though we cannot guarantee this. Where an item is not in stock we make every effort to get the product to you as soon as possible.
We will send you an email to confirm your order has been received and whether or not it has been accepted.

- Returns Policy
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights
At Letlink we want you to be pleased with your purchase every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.
For Printed/Hardcopy Items:
If for any reason you are displeased with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 30 days, and we will send you a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Delivery charges for defective items:
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges.
To return an item by post:
To return an item, please contact us by telephoning the number set out below quoting your reference number. Enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licences, manuals. Then send the package to the address at the bottom of this page.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
If we do not receive the item back from you within a reasonable time, we may arrange for collection of the item at your cost.
As soon as we receive your returned items following cancellation of your order, we will refund within 10 days the purchase price for that item (including, as appropriate, any costs of outward carriage we may have charged you) less, if relevant, any part of the costs of returning the items to us not paid by you or the cost of collection incurred by us.
